Thank you for considering the rescue and adoption
of a shelter dog from "Devore Shelter".
Devore Shelter Dogs are in DESPERATE need of homes.

The shelter is located in a very remote
area of San Bernardino,
where hundreds of homeless,lost,healthy
ADOPTABLE dogs are housed
VERY briefly before facing death
at the hands of tax paid shelter workers.
A "catch and kill" operation at best.

Only 25% of the animals are adopted
from this shelter- by the public.
Rescue groups SAVE another 25% of the dogs
in spite of all of the barriers
Devore maintains.

That's only 50% of the dogs that make it out alive from this shelter that serves San Bernardino "County" unincorporated area.
And virtually 100% of the dogs
that are trucked from cities
(Rialto, Yucca Valley, Big Bear, Dogs Day Inn
to name a few) around the county are mostly
killed right of the trucks.

You can help by
finding the next "love of your life" at the shelter.
One dog at a time- help solve this problem by adopting, fostering, spreading the word.

PLEASE Help by adopting
a dog or cat from this horrific California shelter

GINGER adopted!

SB Sun article BOS 6.28

Article that was published the day of the Board of Supervisors meeting June 28, 2011
about our presence and our requests to the Board, and Brian Cronin's

What began as volunteering to do something wonderful and good, has turned quite ugly.
That old saying that "no good deed goes unpunished" couldn't be more true in this situation.

Know that the shelter known as "Devore Animal Shelter"
in San Bernardino is pure evil, run by people who could care less about the animals in their care.

Because of the harassment, threatening cowardly emails, vicious internet posts, as well as having my emails hacked...
by Devore supporters and dog breeders in San Bernardino,
this site will cease to be a place for Devore supporters to glean information to warp and spew venom on the internet.
The site remains up, for a presence on the internet...for the truth to be shared.

These cowards who support the killing of homeless, lost dogs, and will stop at nothing to see that it continues.
The fact IS that Devore runs a slaugherhouse for the county and makes money at it.
They have banned ALL volunteers from the community because they have much to hide.

They sell their slaughterhouse services to the surrounding cities in the county.
( This is public information and well documented )
In time, the truth will come out about how much more goes on there.

Wonderful news: In July of 2012 an oversight committee has been established by the San Bernardino Board of Supervisors, this will begin the process of providing a formal inquiry to bring about much needed transparency that has been lacking at Devore Animal Shelter in San Bernardino County, California.

If you know of a dog or cat that has been killed or died at Devore Animal Shelter under suspicious conditions or by "mistake" Or has died without proper medical care.

Please document details on this page on Facebook.
This page is designed to show the pattern of retaliation, clerical "errors" and general incompetence of the shelter staff and managment.
